Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to ECOLEAF products sold by Mountain Desert Laboratories, LLC through ECOLEAF Relief.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the selected shipping method, order volume, product availability, holidays or other circumstances.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing available tracking information. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order, delivery address and selected shipping method. Available shipping options, estimated delivery times and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier. Carrier delays are outside our direct control and may affect the estimated delivery date.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $75 after discounts and before applicable taxes.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.
If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at contact@ecoleafrelief.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or shipped.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking and Delivery
Tracking information will be provided by email when available. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, ask members of your household and contact the shipping carrier. You may also contact us at contact@ecoleafrelief.com so we can review the situation and help determine the appropriate next steps.
