Our Story

ECOLEAF began with a pharmacist’s goal to make thoughtfully developed topical products more accessible for everyday care.

Drawing on professional formulation experience, ECOLEAF’s creator developed a collection that brings together botanical extracts, plant oils and carefully selected functional ingredients in products designed for targeted topical application and temporary symptomatic relief.

Each product is manufactured by Mountain Desert Laboratories, LLC in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The collection includes creams, gels, balms, sprays and specialized formulas for a variety of skin, lip, first-aid and personal care needs.

From minor skin irritation and chapped lips to insect bites, sunburn discomfort and everyday joint and muscle soreness, ECOLEAF products offer convenient support when common discomfort interrupts your day.

ECOLEAF products feature carefully selected botanical extracts, plant oils and naturally derived ingredients. Each formula contains its own proprietary combination of ingredients based on the product’s intended use and application format.

The collection incorporates botanicals such as aloe vera, lavender, spinach, shepherd’s purse, stinging nettle, peppermint, rose hips, jewelweed and shea butter. Individual formulas may also include additional functional ingredients that support consistency, application and product stability.

Rather than relying on one formula for every need, ECOLEAF offers creams, liquid gels, balms, sticks and sprays that make it easier to apply each product directly where it is needed.
